At VAYS Infinite Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers on our multivendor marketplace. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Item not delivered within the specified timeframe

  • Product not as described on the platform

  • Cancellation before shipping (where applicable)

Note: Refund eligibility is subject to approval by the respective vendor and VAYS Infinite Pvt. Ltd.


3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Login to your account

  2. Go to ‘My Orders’

  3. Select the order in question and click on ‘Request Refund’

  4. Provide a clear explanation and upload supporting images (if applicable)

  5. Submit the request within [7–10] days of delivery


4. Vendor Approval

Since we are a multi-vendor platform, refund requests are first reviewed by the respective vendor. Once the vendor processes the request:

  • If approved, the refund will be initiated by VAYS Infinite.

  • If rejected, you will receive a detailed reason and may raise a dispute.


5. Refund Timeline

Upon approval:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • The amount will be credited via the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.)

  • Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider


6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Personalized/custom-made items

  • Products returned in used or damaged condition (unless defective)


7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was shipped incorrectly or was defective.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified by the vendor.
