Cancellation policy

1. Overview

At VAYS Infinite Pvt. Ltd., we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while maintaining fairness for both buyers and sellers on our multi-vendor marketplace.


2. Order Cancellation by Customer

Before Shipping:

  • Customers can cancel an order before it is shipped by the seller/vendor.

  • To cancel, go to ‘My Orders’ > Select the order > Click ‘Cancel Order’

  • A full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

After Shipping:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

  • In such cases, customers may request a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.


3. Partial Cancellation

  • If your order contains multiple items, you may request cancellation of individual items only if they have not been shipped.

  • Once an item is marked as shipped, it cannot be cancelled individually.


4. Order Cancellation by VAYS Infinite or Vendor

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following conditions:

  • Product is out of stock

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Failed quality checks

  • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions

  • Delivery is not possible due to address/location issues

If your order is cancelled for any of the above reasons, you will be notified via email or SMS, and a full refund will be initiated automatically.


5. Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders:

  • If cancelled before shipping, the amount will be refunded to the original source (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.)

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider


6. Non-Cancellable Items

Certain items cannot be cancelled, including but not limited to:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Items purchased during flash sales or with special discounts (unless otherwise stated)

  • Products where the cancellation window has passed


7. How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your VAYS Infinite account

  2. Go to ‘My Orders’

  3. Find the order you wish to cancel

  4. Click on ‘Cancel Order’ and follow the prompts
